About the role
- Supports the development and execution of the global marketing plan for assigned product lines, aligning with business unit and platform vision
- Works cross-functionally to manage overall life cycle of assigned product lines, including product changes, inventory needs, production planning, and quality
- Earns trust and maintains engaging relationships with the sales teams and their leaders, providing tailored marketing
- Collaborates with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and other functions to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Collects and monitors voice of customer, competitive insights, market, and technology trends to shape strategies and roadmaps
- Conducts regular analyses for assigned product lines to support business planning and data-based decision making
- Champions cross-functional initiatives with focus on customer insights, value propositions, and communicating global vision that inspires growth
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; four-year scientific, marketing or business degree preferred
- MBA optional
- 1+ years of experience in global marketing or product management; experience in the healthcare space preferred
- Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time
- Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week (on-site collaboration required)
- Foundational marketing and business sense
- Analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop cross-functional relationships
- Presentation and communication skills (written and oral) for varied audiences
- Strong organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable with complex and matrixed-team environments
