Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies
Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies
Foster close cooperation, self-organization and growth within the team
Act as a primary point of contact for the team for cross-functional stakeholders
Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management
Advocate for continuous improvement, using metrics and data-driven insights
Simultaneously drive projects and programs in support of achieving organizational goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related IT/Technical.
5-7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar software development/technical role
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) and their application in team performance improvement.
