About the role
- Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
- Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies
- Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Foster close cooperation, self-organization and growth within the team
- Act as a primary point of contact for the team for cross-functional stakeholders
- Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management
- Advocate for continuous improvement, using metrics and data-driven insights
- Simultaneously drive projects and programs in support of achieving organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related IT/Technical.
- 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar software development/technical role
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
- Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) and their application in team performance improvement.
