About the role

  • Lead Inventory, Analytics, and Distribution execution across the BD Advanced Access Devices (AAD) platform.
  • Think strategically, leverage data for problem solving, and collaborate with global teams to deliver results.
  • Optimize inventory planning and drive technology enablement within the supply chain.
  • Manage shelf life and back order projections regularly.
  • Create monthly E&O governance models with finance to mitigate expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related degree; or MBA/MS in relevant discipline preferred
  • 9+ years of Supply Chain planning; demonstrated planning experience handling large portfolios and data sets
  • Minimum 2 years of people leading experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working in optimization tools and ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP)
  • Advanced experience in planning systems required (Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Financial literary required; understanding of basic P&L terminology and financial systems
  • ASCM/APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or IBF (CPF, ACPF) certification desired, required within the first 3 years.
