About the role
- Develop and edit operator’s manuals and other user facing technical documentation
- Convert SME input into user instructions of text and images
- Maintain documentation in a standard format
- Partner with team members to clarify reference materials
- Review documents for style, clarity, grammar, and punctuation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of relevant technical writing experience within the healthcare industry
- Strong technical writing capability
- Skilled at filtering large volumes of technical information
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to produce and edit content in FrameMaker and Photoshop
