About the role

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems
  • Respond to work orders and diagnose hardware/software issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and support sales and implementation teams
  • Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, and in-service training for customers
  • Maintain proper small parts inventory and ensure company assets are secure
  • Pursue ongoing training and enhance product knowledge and technical skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years of technical/customer support experience
  • Must be available for 24x7 on-call rotations
  • Possess excellent time management skills for self-scheduling
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Computer networking experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards
  • Proof of required immunizations
