About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems
- Respond to work orders and diagnose hardware/software issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and support sales and implementation teams
- Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, and in-service training for customers
- Maintain proper small parts inventory and ensure company assets are secure
- Pursue ongoing training and enhance product knowledge and technical skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- 3-5 years of technical/customer support experience
- Must be available for 24x7 on-call rotations
- Possess excellent time management skills for self-scheduling
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Computer networking experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards
- Proof of required immunizations
