About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support existing customers and acquire new customers across Germany
  • Proactively manage and maintain relationships with all new and existing customers in the assigned sales territory
  • Maintain and actively manage the customer file
  • Conduct sales and training activities as well as on-site presentations for customers
  • Record and forward customer orders and inquiries to Customer Services
  • Execute all sales-related activities for product launches and customer presentations, including contract negotiations and support through to closure
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Prepare market and competitor analyses related to modern medicine and clinical application methods
  • Increase sales and market share
  • Support the Sales Manager with trainings and customer education
  • Represent the company at relevant congresses and trade shows
  • Collaborate internally with departments such as Key Account, Marketing, Health Economics, etc.
  • Responsible for quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and annual targets (targets and annual performance review)
  • Create, manage and monitor the sales budget
  • Provide clinical instruction to nursing staff
  • Receive and internally escalate customer complaints

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales and the operating room (OR)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Willingness to travel 80–90%
  • Team player
  • Ideally based in Bavaria or surrounding areas
