About the role
- Partners with BD and customer leadership teams to execute strategy, standards, and deliver a high-quality implementation experience for MMS solutions
- Leads multiple concurrent BD implementation project teams at strategic customer sites and oversees escalation of critical issues
- Conducts regular customer executive status calls and facilitates internal mitigation plans for risks
- Develops and reports regular program performance metrics to leadership and committees
- Maintains strong relationships within BD and customer at all levels; coordinates with Product Platform and Implementation Readiness teams
- Prioritizes customer enhancement requests for future product releases and governance over design and implementation processes
- Travel 25-50% and work from home with a major airport in the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- At least 3+ years of experience leading clinical product/medical device implementation projects in acute care settings
- Valid driver's license that meets BD's auto safety standards
- Required immunizations (Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis)
- COVID-19 vaccination (with potential accommodation)
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
- Must live near a major airport in the U.S.
