About the role

  • Be the OT Champion - Lead and support our Electronic Device History Reporting system, ensuring seamless integration between machines, instruments, and our MES System
  • Network Infrastructure Guru - Take ownership of our physical network infrastructure, keeping our IDF and MDF rooms organized and optimized for peak performance
  • Tech Support Extraordinaire - Collaborate with local IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve computer, printer, phone, and network challenges that arise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience OR Master's degree and 1 year experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Server products such as Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in networking concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Visio and diagramming tools.
  • Understanding of FDA regulations pertaining to medical device manufacturing preferred.
