About the role
- Provide central expert support to manufacturing sites
- Provide day-to-day support for global integrated engineering activities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams and cross-functional partners
- Prepare process reports and follow-up communications for stakeholders
- Participate in URS, DR, FAT and SAT phases as well as validation stages (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Analyze root causes and resolve issues related to forming and cutting processes
- Up to 50% travel, depending on operational needs.
Requirements
- Technical degree (2–3 years post-secondary)
- Significant experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Technical skills in industrialization, processes, controls, automation, industrial/mechanical design, machine vision or project management
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of statistics
- Good level of English (spoken and written) with technical vocabulary
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills and a methodical approach
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
