About the role
- Developing and crafting new business opportunities through promoting the flow cytometry instrument portfolio
- Working strategically with Reagent Sales Specialist, Applications Specialists, Field Service, High Parameter Team, and Global Key Accounts
- Actively seeking to retain/develop large key accounts, and convert competitive business in assigned territory
- Developing Territory Business Plan to achieve sales goals
- Travel within territory up to 60% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 -5 years of successful life sciences-related experience
- Strong understanding of flow cytometry and research workflows
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and large account management skills
- Ability to collaborate with peers in reagent sales, technical applications, science force, and global key accounts
- A demonstrated successful sales track record, solid negotiation skills, exhibit effective selling, listening, and verbal/presentation skills
