About the role
- Develop and lead strategies for global programs including program design, resourcing model and mobilization approach
- Independently coordinate with senior stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics and enlist support
- Leverage external perspectives to inform team and BD approach
- Lead program mobilization including resource identification & onboarding, program communication and business engagement strategy
- Oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program agility in dynamic environments
- Serve as thought leader for new problems, actively lead teams in solutioning
- Responsible for overall program effectiveness assessments, including Metrics, Reporting, VOC, and embed continuous improvement into program review and structure
- Lead business engagement with key stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Global Trade, Procurement, BU Strong Teams, and others with strong understanding of executive stakeholdering
- Partner closely with ISC leaders to ensure alignment of approaches across supply chain
- Serve as project champion and advocate for effective change-management across diverse matrixed teams
- Establish program governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Manage program governance and represent ISC Finance on Enterprise teams for major programs
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership, including dashboards, KPIs, and strategic insights
- Coach and develop team members (direct and indirect reports)
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance with 5+ years in global leadership role in Finance or Supply Chain functions
- Prior experience developing processes in response to new Accounting Treatments
- End-to-end Supply Chain understanding globally
- Ability to influence people at all levels locally, regionally, and globally
- A global, customer-first mindset with strong business acumen
- A collaborative, can-do mentality, with the ability to drive change management initiatives
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience
- Budget management and understanding of complex organizational factors required
- Demonstrated ability to create a value case and manage value realization
- Mastery and a proven track record of leading change initiatives and execution of global projects and solutioning
- Change management experience is required
- The ability to build interdependent partnerships, acting as the mediator between organizations while optimizing the value proposition is required
- Analytical and strategic thinker, and highly developed problem-solving skills
- The ability to shape, create a future vision and gain support and alignment to that vision is required.
