About the role

  • Manage and lead BD MDS Account Managers in Poland
  • Achieve financial targets and budget performance
  • Provide business reporting and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Monitor project progress and address deviations
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing and sales initiatives
  • Promote BD values and coach team performance
  • Build organizational capabilities and develop talent
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Foster collaboration across functions and affiliates

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in medical equipment and devices
  • Experience in people management (mandatory)
  • Experience in tender management and tendering procedures
  • Strong understanding of project management
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Business Acumen in med-tech industry
  • Ability to execute for results
  • Capability in setting strategy and developing competitive strategies
  • Proficiency in leading teams and building high-performing groups
  • Willingness to travel (3–4 days per week for co-travels)
