About the role
- Owns the deployment of core BD Excellence tools across the assigned Region.
- Develops and implements a strategic roadmap for process excellence and continuous improvement within the assigned Region.
- Aligns process improvement initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of process improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Serve as the champion of core tools, taking a hands-on approach to teach and facilitate the use of the tool across the assigned Region.
- Proactively champions a culture of data-driven decision making including training, coaching, and mentoring associates on best practice methodologies and toolsets.
Requirements
- 15+ years experience working with lean and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to teach Kaizen, Problem Solving, Visual Management and Strategy Deployment Process
- Proven experience driving cultural change within a matrix organization.
- Experience evaluating robust standard work.
- Must have experience presenting to leadership in an accurate and concise manner.
- Strong leadership demonstrated ability to effectively motivate teams and make timely hiring and firing decisions.
- Proven experience driving cultural change within a matrix organization.
- Must demonstrate career progression, drive to win, and a true belief in Lean.
