About the role
- Analyze and share IT trends in the French market to inform strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing to define an IT vision that supports growth
- Support sales teams in business development and value demonstration
- Define and monitor individual development plans
- Lead change management for a key client
Requirements
- 5–10 years of technical experience in a hospital IT environment
- Strong expertise in HL7, XML, PN13, JSON
- Solid knowledge of networking, IT integration, and server management
- At least 5 years of people‑management experience
- Proven project‑management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
