About the role
- Diagnose and resolve product issues using clinical and technical expertise
- Guide healthcare professionals through system setup and integration
- Provide accurate product information to internal and external customers
- Document service requests and maintain records in enterprise systems
- Coordinate repair activities and manage local service providers
- Communicate service charges and assist with order processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Strong understanding of clinical environments in critical care settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical systems
- Skilled in problem-solving and analysis
- Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3+ years of medical and technical experience
- Fluency in English, Polish and German (read, write, speak)
