About the role
- Establish and oversee a proactive compliance governance framework
- Design and implement standardized communication protocols
- Partner with sales and contracts to facilitate collaborative problem-solving with customers
- Oversee the end-to-end non-compliance settlement resolution process
- Develop and champion advanced analytics and performance measurement mechanisms
- Analyze, evaluate and document E2E contract compliance measurement processes
Requirements
- BS / BA required
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in understanding compliance contracts and relevant review processes in the medical device / pharma industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and understand a large amount of data in MS Excel
- Experience developing and implementing contract review and compliance strategies
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Understanding of pricing/analytics, contracting life cycle and related tools: SFDC, CPQ, CLM, SAP, a strong plus
