About the role
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products, services, and competitive background products
- Provides clinical leadership to BD customers in the implementation of interoperability and connectivity products
- Interacts and supports Project Manager to ensure timely and productive implementations
- Collaborates with hospital clinicians and EMR vendor to facilitate clinical workflows and participate in the development of policies and procedures
- Develops recommendations to assure that customers experience the full benefit and capabilities of solutions implemented
- Provides follow up to customers for the purpose of system assessment, customer satisfaction, problem solving, and evaluation of the BD product/solutions
Requirements
- Current Nursing Degree required
- 4-6 years of experience in related field
- Acute care hospital experience required, preferably with nursing informatics or leadership experience
- Pediatric, NICU, and Oncology experience highly desired
- Driving requirements dictate that the candidate possess and maintain a valid driver license and be at least 21 years old
- Home based position with travel. Travel may range from 75 - 100%, overnight travel
- Position requires flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends
- Ability to work independently from home office
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
- Must meet vendor credential requirements for assigned customer sites
