About the role
- Lead execution phase of all Field Actions within EMEA, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines
- Independently manage a team of PMQ Specialists to harmonize execution and closure of Field Actions
- Maintain all Field Action execution records within the EMEA Field Action SharePoint site
- Prepare, track and monitor metrics and process performance data; identify and communicate risks
- Identify and implement process enhancements and leverage technology for optimization
- Collaborate with other BD regions and Business Unit PMQ associates for effective global Field Action execution
- Manage and participate in education, training or communication programs to elevate Culture of Quality
- Undertake other duties as requested by EMEA Post Market Quality leadership to support EMEA and Global Quality
Requirements
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area
- Proven experience in medical device QA and/or RA
- People management experience preferred
- Experience managing projects and/or resources across multiple geographic locations
- Project management qualification desirable or working towards one
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills, including process improvement and change management
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and confidentially
