About the role
- Optimize lean methodologies and support deployment of process excellence in commercial execution
- Partner with commercial leaders to ensure successful implementation of a best-in-class commercial ecosystem
- Drive continuous improvement culture across BD
- Develop and deploy best-in-class global maturity assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field is required
- Six (6)+ years of commercial sales and marketing experience
- Five (5)+ years proven experience in a company with continuous improvement culture
- Extensive experience with Salesforce.com (funnel management, dashboards, standard work)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent facilitation & training skills
