💰 $22 - $34 per hour
About the role
- Providing on-site support to BD customers including installation and service of diagnostic instrumentation
- After-hours phone support
- Holiday and weekend on-site support
- Marketing and exhibitions
- Clinical trials support
- Accurately maintain car stock inventory, test equipment, tools, and technical data
- Complete service documentation as required
- Report quality control and other technical problems to Service Center and System Support Engineering Manager
- Accountable for providing support that meets BD standards of outstanding quality service at all times
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ experience installing, repairing and troubleshooting instruments or components
- Previous experience in customer facing roles
- Familiarity with recent Mac and PC operating systems
- Maintains a valid Driver's License and record per BD policy.
