About the role
- Manage and execute the Top Account strategy in collaboration with the Inside Sales Service Provider team.
- Train field associates on service offerings, including how to position and sell different service tiers effectively.
- Proactively engage with field teams to identify and generate new service opportunities.
- Partner with US BDB Sales and Service teams to convert customers to service agreements.
- Serve as the escalation point for BDB Sales and Service teams when negotiating deep discounts on large or non-standard deals.
- Act as a super user for SFDC, SMX, and SAP, supporting data integrity and process optimization.
- Generate service history, installed base, and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
- Create and maintain sales tools and materials to support service sales efforts.
- Assist with monthly revenue variance analysis, mid-month forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and pricing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
- 3+ years of experience in service sales, sales operations, or a related role required
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and SMX preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
