About the role
- Support Free Cash flow Modelling
- Consolidate and ensure consistency of financial data related to Cash
- Prepare Cash std reporting for key stakeholders
- Assist in the coordination of quarterly projections, annual budgets, and 3-year strategic planning process
- Support analysis and preparation for Cash Office Steering Committee and Monthly Cash performance reviews
- Make the link between GBS, Treasury, Business Units and Regions to ensure alignment and consistency on Cash figures
- Answer ad hoc requests and support special projects, as required
- Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
- Strong Financial systems and tools knowledge (specifically SAP, JDE, BPC)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment
