About the role

  • Ensure that all development and system requirements are met on-time and within budget
  • Provide system support and development on associated applications
  • Attend Technical and application functional meetings
  • Create Document solutions
  • Liaise with Development teams on proposed solutions
  • Visit client sites and gather application requirements
  • Document, validate, and translate requirements into functional and system specifications
  • Create functional solutions with the customer
  • Write technical specifications
  • Analyse and create tests
  • Provide 3rd line operations support for global outages
  • Investigate incidents and document solutions.

Requirements

  • NQF 4: Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Call Centre or Information Technology
  • 2 years experience working on retail Systems advantageous
  • 2 years + working as a systems analyst
  • Technical development background advantageous ie. (PHP , Phython , Java , Java Script)
  • Design and understand API interface documentation and design ( REST ,JSON)
  • Knowledge of security protocols and platforms advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, Visio, and outlook
  • Certifications and Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry.
