About the role
- Driving the end-to-end transformation of the Finance function at BCX

- Transitioning Finance from transactional and reactive to proactive partner
- Designing, implementing, and optimising a scalable Finance Shared Services model
Requirements
- NQF 8: Honours Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting or Chartered Accounting
- Eight (8) to twelve (12) years’ working experience in Finance
- demonstrable exposure to Finance Transformation
- Shared Services implementation or optimisation
- Experience in large, complex organisations (ICT / services environment) advantageous
- Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry SAICA - South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
