About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage delivery of professional, technical and administrative support for Head Start and Early Head Start grant recipients.
- Manage interactions with the Client and client relationships.
- Ensure staff provide reliable, high quality information and records management,
- Lead and manage a team of 5 people and plan, execute, monitor and improve the work and related processes.
- Prepare Monthly Status Reports and Task Summary Reports as required by the Client.
- Ensure compliance with program and fiscal requirements of discretionary grants.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in management, business administration, public administration or related field from an accredited university or college; Master’s Degree is a plus, but not required.
- 10+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience managing client services projects of size, scope and complexity
- At least 6 years of progressive supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in budget oversight and management.
- Experience implementing quality assurance systems that improve client services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with web-based systems, databases and tracking systems.
