Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
Telecommunications, SaaS and/or Sales recruiting is preferred.
Proven success recruiting for strategic or hard-to-fill roles.
Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with business goals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an evolving, high-impact environment.
