About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for assigned roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Proactively source passive talent through creative outreach and networking.
- Track progress and hiring metrics to ensure goals and timelines are met.
- Partner with HR to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment with company values and culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
- Telecommunications, SaaS and/or Sales recruiting is preferred.
- Proven success recruiting for strategic or hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with business goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an evolving, high-impact environment.
