About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound calls, send emails, and connect on LinkedIn to spark conversations with enterprise customers.
- Research organizations, identify key decision-makers, and gather business intelligence to target the right prospects.
- Engage with potential clients, ask thoughtful questions, and listen carefully to understand business needs and challenges.
- Use curiosity and resourcefulness to uncover pain points and position our enterprise voice and managed connectivity solutions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams, shadow sales calls, and learn from experienced professionals every day.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years’ relevant experience if no degree)
- At least 1 year of professional or leadership experience (campus club leadership counts!)
- B2B experience is required
- Prior experience with CRM systems is required
- Experience making outbound calls and managing client relationships
- Confident and personable with a strong phone presence, effective relationship-building skills, and professionalism when engaging decision makers
- Strong written communication skills—grammar and clarity matter
- Resilient attitude—you bounce back from rejection and keep moving forward
- Organized and gritty—you plan your day and stay focused on hitting targets
- Active listener with a curious, problem-solving mindset
- Industry experience in telecoms is preferred; SaaS experience is also relevant
- Proficiency in any second languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus
