About the role
- Build and lead the Learning & Development function, establishing a modern, scalable approach aligned with business objectives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy supporting onboarding, employee growth, leadership development, and partner enablement
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs using AI and innovative instructional design methods across in-person, virtual, and blended environments
- Develop and deliver high-impact learning programs that strengthen employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance
- Create and launch effective external training programs that equip partners to confidently understand, position, and sell our products and services
- Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business knowledge into high-impact learning experiences
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously optimize programs
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, learning paths, enrollments, tracking, and reporting
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by embedding development into daily workflows
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field
- Experience building L&D programs in a high-growth environment, including both internal employee development and external training initiatives
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs from the ground up
- Strong applied expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Confident facilitator with experience engaging diverse audiences, including internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization and project management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven success delivering leadership, technical, and functional learning programs with measurable business impact
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to design and develop learning content
