About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess incidents and determine a solution approach
Understand requests for changes and determine the best approach
Proactively identify opportunities for improvements
Coordinate the respective team

Execute small to highest complex configuration changes (many systems, many logics, many interactions, and dependencies)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry is required
Advanced experience in travel technology is required; Concur travel tool
Experience in a collaborative and international workspace
Project management experience
Advanced knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
