About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner and align with Program Management and commercial teams to support and drive customer programs forward
- Proactively monitor and measure program goals, seeking opportunities for savings and process efficiencies
- Provide analytical insights into the data
- Focus on benchmarking, trending, data mining, and data analytics
- Analyze customer travel patterns and make recommendations to Program Management for cost savings and other efficiencies
- Assist Program Management in developing, implementing, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs as contractually agreed
- Organize, provide, or participate in internal or customer-facing training
- Create customer business reviews including content customization and presenting directly to the customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven travel agency or travel industry experience across multiple business areas such as operations, customer relationship/account management, or technology
- Solid understanding of how travel data flows from point-of-sale systems to downline systems
- Knowledge of quality control processes, ETL processes, basic SQL, and travel terminology
- Power BI skills required
