About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, book, and manage travel reservations using approved tools and systems
- Ensure compliance with client travel policies, supplier rules, and travel industry regulations
- Provide travelers with travel options, recommendations, and relevant travel advice
- Communicate accurate information on fares, exchanges, refunds, fees, and penalties
- Assist with travel documentation and regulatory requirements, including passports, visas, TSA, and DOT guidelines
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner
- Maintain current knowledge of travel conditions and Media & Entertainment industry trends
- Support client programs and company initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the travel industry, preferably Entertainment Travel experience
- Relevant skills in GDS Sabre
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Knowledge of Media and Entertainment industry travel processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
