About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely
  • Apply cash receipts and reconcile payments to customer accounts
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Experience in accounts receivable or related role
  • Experience with ERP systems (Peoplesoft, SAP, or similar preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls
