Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the performance of direct reports, ensuring high levels of quality, productivity, and deadlines
Support the daily activities of the divisional finance department
Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures
Work with Account Management on special financial requirements
Complete client reconciliations for new or existing clients
Manage monthly/on-going billing and reporting to external clients
Support finance management team to maximize efficiency and accuracy of billing
Run reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process
Support team goals annually and monitor quarterly for achievement
Coach and mentor staff
Conduct annual performance evaluations and review/discuss progress quarterly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in accounting / finance, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in accounting / finance
Proficiency with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets
Proficiency in SAP, ADS / Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel
