Travel Technology Program Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess incidents and determine a solution approach
- Understand requests for changes and determine the best approach
- Apply a solution approach to assure a business problem has been resolved
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements
- Coordinate the respective team
- Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, or test situations if possible
- Execute small to highest complex configuration changes
- Perform benefit & risk analysis on small to highest scenario
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer-centric communication
- Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers
- Participate in shift planning for the virtual team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry is required
- Advanced experience in travel technology is required; Concur travel tool
- Experience in a collaborative and international workspace
- You have project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
