About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation
- Sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability)
- Business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions
- Staff development, business continuance and escalation of operational issues
- Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoring
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
- Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior regional or global account management experience in a travel management company or related business travel account experience
- Experience in implementing and managing large market global client
- Ability to travel when needed globally
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- An extensive working knowledge with travel technology, specifically including Concur
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and adept in the use of CoPilot
