About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation
Sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability)
Business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions
Staff development, business continuance and escalation of operational issues
Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoring
Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior regional or global account management experience in a travel management company or related business travel account experience
Experience in implementing and managing large market global client
Ability to travel when needed globally
Well-developed communication and presentation skills
An extensive working knowledge with travel technology, specifically including Concur
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and adept in the use of CoPilot
