Director, Program Management
BCD TravelDirector of Program Management responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing account teams at BCD Travel. Ensuring quality service delivery and strategic client partnerships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
- Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
- Support the development of client and department budget
- Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion
- Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior management work experience in the business travel industry
- Experience as an account manager in a corporate environment
- Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
