About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and analyze payroll reports to create necessary journal entries
Manage inter-company billings with different regions
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and client billings
Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
Review travel and expense (T&E) activity for accurate billing and coding
Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense accounting records
Answer questions from associates on general ledger matters
Support VP Finance and Director Finance on monthly close and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in accounting / finance or related field, or related experience
Prior accounting experience with general ledger emphasis
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets required
Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel preferred
