Customer Support Supervisor
BCD TravelSupervisor Customer Support leading a team focused on travel industry customer support. Requires strong industry knowledge and team management skills in Bangalore, India.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be accountable for change management, process improvement, and performance improvement
- Anticipate and provide support for potential challenges that may arise for the customer
- Keep track of team member performance for career development and performance assessment
- Provide a team of travel consultants with feedback, including responding to questions and offering direction and guidance
- Respond to the customer in compliance with SLA
- Ensure timely notifications to staff of any company or industry changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Proficiency with travel industry systems (GDS Amadeus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
- Flexible approach to work and ability to adjust to changing work demands as required
