VIP Travel Consultant
BCD TravelVIP Travel Agent providing high-touch service excellence and travel consultation for executive-level travelers. Utilizing BCD Travel tools and managing travel reservations while ensuring compliance with travel policies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
- Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
- Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation
- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and appropriately guide customers
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the travel industries supported
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
