About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
Provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products
Work independently on requests as assigned and take the initiative to provide assistance
Work with the team to provide day-to-day assistance
Be the first point of contact for team members and respond to questions, providing direction on policies and procedures
Work in project teams on projects related to operations and coach travel consultants when team lead is absent
Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
Anticipate and provide assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the customer
Seek opportunities to review operational processes and the commercial relationship with customer and provides suggestions for improvement
Perform quality management such as error management and assist in projects as assigned
Meet individual and team goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setup
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
