About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
  • Provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products
  • Work independently on requests as assigned and take the initiative to provide assistance
  • Work with the team to provide day-to-day assistance
  • Be the first point of contact for team members and respond to questions, providing direction on policies and procedures
  • Work in project teams on projects related to operations and coach travel consultants when team lead is absent
  • Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
  • Anticipate and provide assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the customer
  • Seek opportunities to review operational processes and the commercial relationship with customer and provides suggestions for improvement
  • Perform quality management such as error management and assist in projects as assigned
  • Meet individual and team goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
  • Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setup
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
  • Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
