About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and review visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation
- Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific visa regulations and provide clear guidance to applicants
- Fulfill all requests regarding immigration requirements, including passports, visas, and supporting documentation
- Provide applicants with relevant information such as processing timelines, fees, and application procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve visa processing workflows and suggest enhancements for efficiency and compliance
- Maintain, actively communicate, and continuously expand knowledge of global visa policies and immigration updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in managing and supporting corporate clients with visa requirements
- Strong working knowledge of visa processes, immigration policies, and documentation procedures
- Proficiency in GDS Amadeus (mandatory) with the ability to support travel-related visa needs
- Knowledge of transit visa requirements and related regulations is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
