About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to requests accurately and completely
- Professionally and appropriately respond to customers inquiries and develops a positive working relationship
- Consistently meet and sometimes exceed individual and team goals
- Use industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore and find alternatives and solutions and appropriately advise/educate the customer
- Use positive language and word choices to avoid negative customer reactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in a corporate travel office
- Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
