About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
Providing active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products
Providing exceptional service which exceeds client expectations
Effectively managing and controlling all facets of travel arrangements, as requested by clients
Searching and confirming travel reservations for the customer
Having hands-on involvement in crew movements, rotation, and disruption handling
Providing the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information
Responding to the customer promptly and providing undivided attention
Willingly offering assistance to team members within and across teams
Meeting individual and team goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setup
Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
