Key responsibilities & impact

Handle incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and provide travel consultation
Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
Have hands-on involvement in crew movements, rotation, and disruption handling
Provide customers with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information
Respond to customers promptly and provide undivided attention
Offer assistance to team members within and across teams
Meet individual and team goals

What you’ll need

Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setup
Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
