Operations Travel Technology Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be accountable for case management, including escalating cases to provide support to internal employees and external customers
- Work to troubleshot issues for a quick resolution
- Communicate effectively via the most appropriate method to discuss procedures and common solutions
- Manage system status, taking steps to improve performance and reliability as directed and per established policies and procedures
- Proactively provide high levels of availability, performance monitoring, and capacity management, following best practices and adhering to any company/department SLAs
- If training is identified as issue, prepare and deliver or distribute training materials to improve service levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to Develop, Interpret and Follow Written Policies and Procedures
- Experienced with Microsoft Business Software Applications and Other Communication tools
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus
- Highly motivated self-starter who independently identifies needs and takes initiative
- Sabre GDS experience
- Ability to balance multiple urgent priorities while maintaining strong ownership and follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
