About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Have a strong understanding of client travel policy and provide consultation to the customer
- Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Provide clients with industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and client relationships for improvement opportunities
- Seek expansion of knowledge of various travel industries supported
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience as a travel agent
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
