Apprentice, Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients in creating itineraries and booking travel arrangements to meet their requirements
- Identify and learn how to use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Learn and enhance knowledge of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
- Completes assigned tasks with a minimum of errors
- Successfully completes designated training and development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- GCSE Maths and English grades 4 or above (C or above) is preferred, but not essential
- Work experience in a Customer service environment working as part of a Team is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office applications
- Understand the on-line booking process and have a good knowledge of the Internet.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
