Key responsibilities & impact

Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
Support the development of client and department budget
Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives
Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through expansion

What you’ll need

Prior account management work experience in a travel management company, or very similar, with a deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC travel markets
Experience implementing and managing large market/global accounts
Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills in English
Computer literate in business software applications
Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis throughout both EMEA and APAC
College degree and/or equivalent experience
