About the role
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems
- Define and maintain global HR data standards across: Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Performance
- Establish mandatory fields, validations, and data controls by country and legal entity
- Design and run regular data quality audits and exception reports
- Monitor data consistency across integrated systems and downstream consumers
- Own and document end-to-end HR processes in SuccessFactors
- Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, and compliance risks
- Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline processes
- Act as escalation point for data and process-related issues
- Configure and maintain: Business Rules, Business Configuration UI settings, Role-Based Permissions (data protection & compliance)
- Ensure SuccessFactors enforces correct data entry (no reliance on training alone)
- Support global rollouts, enhancements, and new country implementations
- Build and maintain data quality dashboards and health metrics
- Provide insights on recurring issues and root causes
- Support People Analytics and leadership reporting by ensuring trusted data
- Work with HRIS, AMS partners, and core leads to improve data maturity
Requirements
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong expertise in Employee Central
- Proven experience managing data quality in global HR systems
- Deep understanding of HR data structures and HR lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with global stakeholders
