About the role

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems
  • Define and maintain global HR data standards across: Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Performance
  • Establish mandatory fields, validations, and data controls by country and legal entity
  • Design and run regular data quality audits and exception reports
  • Monitor data consistency across integrated systems and downstream consumers
  • Own and document end-to-end HR processes in SuccessFactors
  • Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, and compliance risks
  • Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline processes
  • Act as escalation point for data and process-related issues
  • Configure and maintain: Business Rules, Business Configuration UI settings, Role-Based Permissions (data protection & compliance)
  • Ensure SuccessFactors enforces correct data entry (no reliance on training alone)
  • Support global rollouts, enhancements, and new country implementations
  • Build and maintain data quality dashboards and health metrics
  • Provide insights on recurring issues and root causes
  • Support People Analytics and leadership reporting by ensuring trusted data
  • Work with HRIS, AMS partners, and core leads to improve data maturity

Requirements

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central
  • Proven experience managing data quality in global HR systems
  • Deep understanding of HR data structures and HR lifecycle processes
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with global stakeholders
