- Strategize with Opportunity Owners to create a targeted plan for selling products and services
- Meet with clients and prospects to understand their business travel needs and provide tailored technology solutions
- Ensure client retention, account profitability, and KPI leveraging BCD insights
- Identify strategies for global program and outline solutions to achieve objectives
- Maintain active feedback loop to inform Product Planning and Development
- Connect with strategic partners to collaborate and address concerns
Requirements
- Extensive relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time-management and project-management skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office Products and collaborative software
- Capable of managing and working in a virtual and multinational team environment
- Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus
